      The 2008-09 NBCSF scholarship application is now closed.   Winners will be announced at the 'Senior Awards Night'  ceremony during graduation week.  Recipients will be posted to the web this summer.   Thank you for applying. 

OBTAIN APPLICATION

  • Download instructions and forms from this Website CLICK HERE or

  • Get hard copy at NBHS Student Services Center or North Bend city library
                                    COMPLETE and MAIL OR DELIVER APPLICATION

  • Answer all questions and supply all requested materials.

  • Word processing or typing definitely preferred.

  • Photocopy a second set of all pages and materials.
 

APPLICATION DEADLINE
Friday, April 4, 2008 at 4:30 p.m.

Deadline is for receipt of all materials.  If mailed, be sure it is sent in time to arrive by deadline. 
Postmarks are not considered as meeting deadline.

This website does not accept on-line submissions

Our application is available in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).  Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 7,  is required to view and print the documents. Click on the logo to make sure you have the most recent version.

 

WARNING: Unfortunately, the free version of Acrobat won't let you save  your entered data.  Therefore, we suggest that you type directly onto the PDF form, fill out one page at a time, then print.  (2 copies are required for the scholarship committee). Remember:  You must print the page after you fill it out because you will not be able to save your information
